With 5 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I concentrate on helping clients relieve pain they've learned to live with, such as headaches, shoulder pain, back and neck aches, as well as general muscle fatigue. I help clients take better care of themselves so they can continue to take care of others.

These customized massages are centered around your needs and incorporate various techniques such as Deep Tissue, CranioSacral Therapy, Trigger Point, Sports  Massage and Aromatherapy applications.  Certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils are used in every session to assist with relaxation and balance.  These oils penetrate deep with the use of hot stones.
